Ordering from Rob Boston Racing

When placing an order through our online shop, you will be asked to register and provide your personal or company details. All prices are quoted in UK Sterling and the price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden charges. Our checkout process is quick and easy and will only take a few minutes. We take all reasonable care to make our site secure and your details are entered on a secure area of the payment providers website. No card or payment details are stored by Rob Boston Racing at any time. We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, American Express, Solo and Maestro.

How are the goods despatched?

Orders are generally despatched within 3 working days, but please allow upto 21 days for some products. We will always contact you to advise if there are any delays with your order. Your order from Rob Boston Racing will be delivered by a courier. If the items in the package weigh less than 2 kilogrames, we sometimes use Royal Mail as an alternative. Our standard delivery is a 3 working day service, but often arrives quicker. If you require a guaranteed next day delivery service, please leave a comment in your order notes and we will call you to confirm any surcharges. It is important to ensure that the premises designated for the delivery are accessible and as stipulated on your order. A re-delivery due to incorrect information supplied will incur a surcharge.

What times do you deliver?

The majority of our deliveries will arrive between 8am and 5.30pm from Monday to Friday. We request that an appropriate person is available to receive and sign for the delivery when required. It is possible to arrange for a specific delivery and time, but this will normally incur a surcharge. By providing us with a dedicated telephone number and email address with your order, we will always advise you of the delivery schedule as soon as we have the information available.
